Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Databases).
  • Knowledge of inspection tools (Vision, Print test) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and SPC methodologies.
  • Hands-on capability in troubleshooting process-related issues and delivering analytical solutions.
  • Strong ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to delegate and assign workloads to subordinates.
  • Thoroughly trained in and understanding of operational procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Summary

The System Engineer provides technical support for manufacturing and development engineering, serving as the link between customer specifications, technical execution, and operational processes . The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing workflows, driving data analysis, ensuring system/OT documentation, and managing line-level technical operations .

Detailed Description

Plan and maintain document and backup structures.

Provide expert-level technical support for manufacturing engineering initiatives, including process, industrial, quality, and development engineering efforts.

Responsible for understanding and implementing customer technical roadmaps and related development projects.

Understand customer technical requirements and provide clear feedback to team members.

Adhere to development schedules provided by senior technical experts.

Generate data analysis reports for relevant areas following the implementation of solutions/improvements.

Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manufacturing complexity.

Ensure timely transfer of product documentation and information in support of product/process changes (system/OT).

Ensure all procedures are documented, up to date, and regularly communicated to management regarding critical technical aspects of test rooms/line modules.

Work collaboratively as a team member to resolve issues related to support processes, recommend alternative solutions, and implement final recommendations.

Ensure all current programs operate using industry best practices and the latest software revisions.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of computer systems, Arduino, PIE, SQL, C, VB, web programming, and OT is an advantage.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Databases).

Knowledge of inspection tools (Vision, Print test) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.

Hands‑on capability in troubleshooting process‑related issues and delivering analytical solutions.

Strong ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to systematically delegate and assign job loads to subordinates.

Thoroughly trained in and understanding of operational procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands
  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
