As the System Architect in Product Solution team, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the overall architecture of industrial digital products —including MES, EAM, DI dashboards, and related Industry 4.0 software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise systems, data integration, cloud‑native architectures, and industrial communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end architecture blueprint for industrial software ecosystem.
• Design scalable, modular, and cloud‑compatible architectures that support multi‑tenant deployments.
• Evaluate system performance, integration efficiency, and technology scalability for current and future releases.
• Ensure architecture compliance with security, data integrity, and industrial communication standards (ISA‑95, OPC UA, MQTT).

Technical Design & Solution Governance

• Lead technical design discussions and ensure consistency across product modules.
• Conduct system code and infrastructure reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Define API strategies and microservices frameworks for product interoperability.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers to translate functional requirements into architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams (local and China‑based) to align technical design with product roadmap.
• Support Pre‑Sales and Solution teams with system diagrams, deployment models, and infrastructure estimations.
• Advise implementation teams on optimal configuration, scaling, and performance tuning.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Edge Computing, Cloud Native Services).
• Drive modernization of legacy systems toward service‑oriented and containerized architectures.

• Ensure data protection and system resilience through robust architecture design.

• Work with infrastructure teams to validate redundancy, backup, and failover strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 6 years of experience in software architecture or system design, preferably within MES, ERP, or IIoT domains.
• Proven expertise in system integration, cloud architecture, and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with API frameworks, data pipelines, and industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT).
