Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
• Experience in Banking, Finance Service and Insurance domain is a must.
• Familiarity with e-Invoicing business process workflow is required.

Responsibilities

• Specify system needs to meet end user requirements.
• Liaise between multi-disciplined teams and coordinate communications.
• Develop Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and other project documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users during implementation phase.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel

Intermediate knowledge of Word

Intermediate knowledge of Visio

PL/SQL

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese

Ability to work under pressure

Education
