Job summary

A leading construction and engineering firm in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT professional to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP applications. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope and gathering requirements. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Business IT with at least 3 years of experience in ERP and database management. Exposure to SAP or IFCA is a plus. Strong skills in documentation and training are essential.

Job description

Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot ERP business applications, including application servers and databases.

Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals and requirements.

Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams for end users testing.

Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.

Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.

Perform design, implementation and upgrades of information systems to meet business and user needs.

Any additional tasks required by the project manager.

Job Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Business IT.

At least 3 years experience in ERP, database and project management. Exposure to SAP or IFCA would be an added advantages.
