Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in MT4/MT5 or brokers field.
• Willing to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure during production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Understand plugin behavior, server routing, and trade execution flow.
• Perform functional testing for plugins and platform integrations.
• Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms.
• Escalate critical issues to development or infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of plugin behavior, server routing, and trade execution flow
• Perform functional testing for plugins and platform integrations
• Communicate testing outcomes with internal and external teams. Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Monitor system performance and plugin stability
• Ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms and associated systems
• Escalate critical issues to development or infrastructure teams

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 1 year and above of experience in MT4/MT5 experience preferred or brokers field.
• Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation. (Working hours 9am-6pm GMT+8)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues
• Have experience on provider service like Brokeree, Internal Plugin Developer, Plugit (Yoonit), T4B, MAM
• Familiarity with FIX/API integrations
• Additional skills for MYSQL, Bridges/Hubs (PrimeXM, OZ, Yourbourse), Networking, Database Systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure during production incidents

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (May need to work shifts in the future, so flexibility is preferred)
