Job Description

  • Lead the Corporate Finance team to originate and execute complex financing transactions.
  • Focus on structured and bespoke financing solutions including leveraged financing, acquisition financing, special situations, and event‑driven financing.
  • Originate and secure mandates from new‑to‑bank clients.
  • Conduct marketing visits with Team Leader and/or Head of Department.
  • Work closely with Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking teams to deliver strong product value propositions.
  • Negotiate structure and pricing of funding with clients.
  • Prepare term sheets and credit proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Liaise with solicitors and external advisors to facilitate documentation and execution.
  • Ensure timely drawdown of facilities and collection of fees.
  • Act as checker for KRCSA and KORI reports to ensure governance and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and institutional investors.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal risk guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12‑15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or structured finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Proven track record in originating and executing complex financing transactions.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
