Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Svelte or modern web development is a plus, but not required.
• Strong willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies quickly.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with the ability to break complex problems into structured solutions.
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented coding environment while maintaining strong programming fundamentals.
• Ability to understand and reason about code rather than relying blindly on generated output.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy applications using Svelte.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, business analysts, designers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and support.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, and learning speed.
• Understand, review, and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, maintainability, and performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and development practices.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, documentation, and system quality.
• Stay updated with evolving technologies in both low-code and high-code ecosystems.
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
