Job summary

A surveying service provider in Johor Bahru is seeking a draftsperson to process survey data and prepare technical drawings using CAD software. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in drafting or surveying. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, and proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD is required. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Process survey data using specialised software to create unit floor plans, boundary surveys, and other survey-related drawings
• Prepare, revise, and finalise technical drawings, Certified Plan (CP) and Strata Certified Plan (CPST) using CAD software such as AutoCAD
• Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with field data, as-built information, and design requirements
• Perform quality checks on drawings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in drafting or survey-related work is required
• However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
