• Provide technical queries and recommendations for NPIs.
• Implement proper chemical storage and compliance measures.

AUTHORITIES

• Approve the surface finishing process, i.e plating, chromate, powder coat, spray paint, etc.
• Decide on the fabrication methods and process for all the NPIs, ECNs and improvement action is needed.
• Coordinate with operation and qaulity core team to solve the technical issues.
• Request lab testing, process audit and supplier evaluations.
• Recommend capital investment for the equipments, process upgrade, line setup, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare the SOPs, control plan and work instructions.
• To ensure finishing products is comply with customer specification and requirements.
• To ensure all the documents are up-to-date and traceable.
• To ensure all the NPI are meet to the timeline or KPI.
• To provide the technical query, DFM to all the RFQ and NPIs prodcts, include improvement action is needed.
• To ensure proper chemical storage, labelling, SDS compliance, spill control, PPE control is implemented.
