Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and associated equipment
• Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management.
• In charge of building facilities repairs and maintenance with proper recording
• Ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions and in compliance to EHS rules and regulations
• Maintain good housekeeping at work and ensure that all operational equipment are functioning
• Good follow up on all repairs or maintenance matters
• To ensure all technical issues are identified and handled efficiently
• Manage and supervise external maintenance vendors
• Report any hazard / incident to the immediate supervisor
• Ensure Ethic rules and regulations are complied
• Lead the WSH committee team
• Lead in facility renovation and construction work
• Participate in audits on safety and facility areas
• Assist in orders materials, part, and tools that needed.
• Liaison with vendor / supplier of any regarding building maintenance work when necessary.
• Responsible for corrective, preventive maintenance to facilities equipment , energy optimization, common system improvement and ensure facilities utilities support to production with minimum / no production downtime.
• Develop maintenance program and tracking.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• At least 10 – 12 years relevant experience
• Good understanding of EHS and Safety rules and regulation
• Motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and carry out routine
• Good in planning and management.
• Able to provide ideal to solve problem.

Education, Certifications, Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics Engineering.
