Overview

Manage internal supply chain transactions to ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments. Collaborate closely with order management and scheduling teams to maintain operational alignment. Handle internal exceptions and coordinate changes to product parameter and routing processes. Data management of sales orders and delivery notes in SAP. Populate and maintain data in planning systems and ensure system synchronicity and data accuracy across planning platforms. Generate and publish regular reports, track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning metrics.
