A leading company in family services is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Johor, Malaysia. The role includes managing logistics operations, analyzing supply chain data, and coordinating inventory. Job Descriptions
Support the planning and execution of supply chain strategies to meet operational and financial goals.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement.
Assist in managing logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective transportation and distribution.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier performance.
Help implement ERP system processes and contribute to system improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management.
Job Requirements
Required language(s): Fluent English;
Mandarin will only be an added advantage to liaise with mandarin-speaking vendors
At least 2 years of supply chain experience will be required.
At least 1 year of experience in leading a team or managing a team of juniors.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm.
