Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Bayan Lepas is seeking an experienced individual for demand planning and supply management of IC products. You'll rationalize demand forecasts with sales and marketing teams to optimize production plans for timely delivery and revenue goals. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, including significant interaction with manufacturing partners and capacity management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to interface with engineering and manage communication with manufacturing partners.

• Rationalize demand forecasts with Sales and Marketing for production planning.
• Generate material requirements and develop build plan schedules.
• Manage outsource manufacturing partners' day-to-day execution of production orders.

Job description

Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products

Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement

Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery

Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.

Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity

Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation

Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target

Experience : Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; at this level post-graduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of related experience
