LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT & ROUTE OPTIMIZATION

Manage and to end logistic operations for fresh and cooked product distribution

Optimize truck routing, delivery sequencing and loading to reduce under supply issues by 50%

Control logistic up keep cost through regular fleet maintenance , cost tracking and load planning.

Ensure timely and consistent delivery while minimizing cost per delivery trip

INVENTORY & SUPPLY FLOW CONTROL

Maintain health stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

Prevent overstocking and expiry issues through proper forecasting and planning

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and movement using ERP or manual systems where applicable

Improve inventory turnover and reduce holding cost in storage

SALES COORDINATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Set up hotline or structured communication channel for order and delivery related concerns

Coordinate closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction and fast problem resolution

Build customer trust through reliable and consistent supply performance

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

Lead and train the supply chain and operations team to meet KPIs in yield, cost, efficiency and service

Cultivate a problem solving culture and build confidence within the internal team and with customer

JOB REQUIREMENT

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Sales Coordination and Logistics roles

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Organizational/ Operational Excellence, Improvement Strategies & Initiatives across a large, diverse organization.

Proven experience as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles (e.g., ERP, 3PL, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Inventory Management System (IMS), etc.).

Strong leadership, analytical skills, time-management, problem-solving & decision-making abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate cross-functional collaborations, industry knowledge, and technical expertise
