About the Company

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, covering warehouse, logistics, production planning, and customer service functions. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence through timely delivery, optimal inventory control, efficient production scheduling, and a superior customer experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with solid knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes in a manufacturing environment, capable of driving performance improvements, cost optimization, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, space optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Conduct periodic cycle counts and stock reconciliations; ensure accurate ERP data updates and reporting.
Logistics & Distribution
  • Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
  • Oversee relationships with logistics and transport service providers, including performance and rate management.
  • Ensure all shipping, customs, and export documentation meet regulatory and company standards.
Production Planning
  • Oversee the production planning division to ensure accurate scheduling, capacity utilization, and alignment with customer delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to balance material availability with production efficiency.
  • Review and optimize planning processes to minimize downtime, bottlenecks, and excess inventory.
  • Monitor key planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, adherence to plan, and production efficiency.
Customer Service & Order Fulfilment
  • Lead the customer service team to manage order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer order fulfilment.
People & Process Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 across warehouse, logistics, production planning, and customer service functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across all functions and provide performance insights to senior management.
Systems & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and effective utilization of ERP systems (SAP preferred) for inventory, planning, and logistics management.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Drive digital and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
