About the Role

Supply Chain Manager is responsible to oversee planning, purchasing & logistics activities within the organization

Job Description
  • Cooperate with other sections/ department to determine supply needs
  • Monitor & control inventory levels and access to the materials (FG, raw materials and scraps)
  • Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
  • Responsible for the Vendor Relationship Management
  • Communicate with customer in handling, enquiries, contracts or orders, including changes
  • Responsible for the On-Time Delivery to Customer
  • Ensure the daily target is achieved as production plan without affect the quality of product
  • Analyze and ensure the company resources is able to meet customer order
  • Identify delays and adjust the schedule accordingly to meet the delivery deadlines
  • Obtain customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Provide on the job training and guidelines for existing and new employees on related field
  • Supervise, evaluate and coach staff members
  • Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
  • Ensures that the KPI’s, Company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with SCM functions
  • To assist on departmental objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
  • Communications window between Planner, Manager & Management
Qualification & Requirements
  • Diploma with more than 5 years working experiences / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a production and material planning role
  • Experience in supervise a team
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Strong relationship management and planning skills
