Job description
Supply Chain Operations
  • Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, to outlet distribution
  • Execute purchasing based on approved suppliers, forecasts, and reorder points
  • Coordinate with Finance on purchase budgets, pricing control, and supplier terms
  • Monitor supplier performance (pricing, quality, delivery timeliness)
  • Ensure purchases comply with approved PR/PO processes and governance controls
  • Work closely with Central Kitchen and Operations on demand planning
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
  • Manage warehouse operations covering fresh seafood, chilled/frozen items, and dry goods
  • Enforce strict FIFO and expiry management across all inventory categories
  • Oversee goods receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock recording
  • Monitor stock levels, minimum reorder points, and outlet replenishment schedules
  • Lead weekly stock takes and investigate variances
  • Prepare inventory, wastage, and variance reports for management review
Food Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, cold-chain, and storage standards
  • Enforce SOPs for handling fresh, chilled, frozen, and dry goods
  • Coordinate corrective actions for non-compliance and wastage incidents
People & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and supply chain staff
  • Coordinate closely with Central Kitchen, Outlets, Operations, and Finance
  • Support audits, stock counts, and internal control reviews
  • Continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and inventory controls
