Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, and operations management, ideally with experience in handling Fresh Vegetables, Seafood, and Meat products. This role demands strong leadership, inventory management skills, and a proven ability to optimize supply chain processes.

Job description

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support organizational goals.

Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize shortages and excess stock.

Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (lead times, forecast accuracy, cost efficiency, etc.).

Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and issues.

Optimize transportation and logistics operations to improve delivery performance and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management in handling Fresh Vegetables, Seafood & Meat products.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end supply chain processes.
