The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP systems. Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the FP&A for supply chain finance, product costing, financial control and reporting.
• Provide financial support as business partner to the supply chain & manufacturing.
• Provide accurate and insightful analysis, monthly cost projection and variance analysis.
• Provide effective inventory and working capital management.
• Responsible for the preparation of budget, forecasting and monthly management reports by the reporting deadlines.
• Ensure accurate product costings to drive NPD initiatives and new standard direct cost.
• Provide financial support to reduce costs across the supply chain via fixed OH reduction and conversion costs.
• Become a key business partner on CAPEX initiatives & ROI analysis.

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in CPA, ACCA or CIMA or its equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experiences.
• Strong analytical skill with provide strong support to supply chain and manufacturing.
• Working experiences in manufacturing or fast moving products.
• Proficient in the requirement of IFRS, costing methods, GST/ SST.
• Working experiences in SAP systems is a must.
• Self‑motivated, and able to deal with ambiguity and has the desire to go deeper to analyze.
