Job summary
A leading firm in supply chain management in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to assist in the daily operation of their SCMIS platform. This role requires strong organizational skills and a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the Food & Beverages industry will be prioritized. You will support data management and coordinate with inter-departmental teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in supply chain management systems, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and technology.
- Familiarity with SCMIS or ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the SCMIS platform.
- Support data entry, validation, and management to ensure accurate and timely supply chain information.
- Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, production, logistics, and sales to gather system requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to the IT or systems team.
- Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the SCMIS.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Support integration activities between SCMIS and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain documentation related to system processes, procedures, and updates.
- Stay informed about updates and new features of the SCMIS platform and assist in implementing relevant changes.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in supply chain management systems, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with SCMIS or ERP software is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar SCM/ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and industry regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work collaboratively with technical teams.
