We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Executive to oversee sourcing, purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost‑efficient and of high quality. The responsibilities of this role include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement, Sourcing and Planning

  • Ensure adherence to company procurement SOP, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage daily operational purchasing, including planning and issuing purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Finance for payments, credit notes, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
  • Coordinate extensively with the Product, Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance teams for seamless business operations.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers for pricing, samples, and terms to secure the best deals.
  • Source new suppliers and analyze pricing proposals for competitiveness.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive supplier relationships, fostering business partnerships.
  • Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports and update price lists.
  • Document and track all ordered/received goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Update, control, and verify documentation for project/campaign compliance.
  • Assist in product costing, pricing, and maintaining internal Product Specifications.
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Develop and implement safety guidelines for supply‑chain processes.
  • Analyze supply‑chain operational performance data and find areas for improvement.
Requirements

  • Speak, read and write fluently in Mandarin; required for vendor and supplier management.
