• Assist with customs declarations for imports and exports.

• Training Experience: Have relatively training, including law, commercial Negotiation, purchasing skill
• Working Experience: At least one year purchasing experience in mechanical industry, have purchase, sourcing experience.
• Have analysis skill for assigned commodity, and have coordinate and Negotiation skill
• Education Background: Purchase management, relative mechanical above college degree.
• Skills: Familiar with purchase process, SAP

Responsibilities

• Based on sales orders, formulate, track and adjust production plans, and implement them in a timely manner to ensure that the enterprise achieves the product delivery goals with the best efficiency
• Responsible for communication and negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best purchase price and terms and ensure the rationality of procurement costs
• Make detailed procurement plans according to the company's production or business needs to ensure the timely supply and quality of the purchased goods
• According to the company's business needs, develop new supplier resources, evaluate the qualifications of potential suppliers, establish and maintain supplier files to ensure that suppliers meet the company's needs
• Keep close contact with logistics carriers, track vehicle transportation status, timely feedback problems in the transportation process, and coordinate solutions
• Assist in customs declaration of import and export goods, prepare customs declaration materials, track the progress of customs declaration, maintain good communication with import and export departments to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods
• Responsible for the daily warehouse operation, ensure the accurate receipt, distribution and record of goods, timely update inventory information, and keep inventory accounts consistent
• Accurately print shipping labels according to shipping order information
