Job summary

A technology-driven logistics company is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to ensure efficient coordination of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to enable smooth movement of goods. Required qualifications include 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Location is Balakong with a full-time role offering a salary of up to RM 3,500.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 2–3 years, preferably from a manufacturing background.
  • Must be based in Balakong.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Must be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily supply chain activities to ensure smooth product movement from suppliers to customers.
  • Review and propose stock replenishment levels based on company standards.
  • Monitor logistics operations and coordinate with third-party service providers for timely delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and forwarding agents for shipment arrangements and related documentation.
  • Input and verify shipment data in the SAP system, including supplier invoices, debit/credit notes, and related records.
  • Review and validate duty and SST payments to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to supply, shipment, or product delivery.
  • Maintain records of material returns and coordinate with the quality team for investigations.
  • Identify and act on slow-moving or obsolete stock, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support and participate in stock count cycles and related reporting.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including purchase reports, shipment forecasts, and KPI updates.
  • Support management in ad-hoc operations and logistics projects.
  • Ensure continuous implementation of ISO standards within the supply chain department.

  • Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Manage all operational and logistics‑related matters.
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Responsibilities
  • Understand and uphold company Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
  • Report EHS‑related concerns to superiors or designated officers.
  • Participate in EHS training, audits, and programs.
  • Conserve resources and maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Support and participate in QMS, EMS, and OHSMS activities as required.
