Job description
Overview

You will be a change leader to continuous improvement practices to support IC ROA Business growth well and act as a key advisor to the ICAP Supply Chain Director and country leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. You will report to Supply Chain Excellence Expert, IC GC.

Responsibilities
  • Data collection and organization, responsible for collecting inventory related data, inventory value, DOI, inventory age, and organizing, filtering, and classifying these data into useful data indicators.
  • Data analysis and processing, analyze and process the data to understand the status and trends of inventory, propose targeted suggestions or solutions.
  • Inventory control, develop inventory control strategies based on data analysis results, coordinate relevant departments to improve procurement, shipping, and other processes and reduce inventory backlog and unsold products, meet the short-term and long-term inventory plan.
  • Inventory review committee and salvage plan with technical, operation and business team for the selling expense reduction and cost avoidance.
  • Reporting, based on the obtained data indicators and analysis results, prepare several inventory data analysis reports, and provide professional advice and recommendations.
  • Build good relationship within supply chain, commercial and peer functions through routine activities and collaboration.
  • Design and implement commercial policy to harmonize supply chain processes across multiple IC ROA countries.
  • Partner within supply chain – Demand planning, supply planning, customer service, logistics and import/export to ensure supply chain activities/strategies support our goals.
  • Partner with manufacturing, procurement, commercial, and finance teams to ensure supply chain activities/strategies support our goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent; Master's preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in multinational environments.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes: demand/supply planning, logistics, customer service, and distribution.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics, visualization and ERP/S&OP systems.
  • Coordination, Collaboration, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin written and speaking.
