Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy aligned with global and commercial leadership.
- Lead site supply chain operations including warehousing, sterilization planning, logistics, and import/export.
- Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate with global teams to ensure forecast accuracy and robust supply plans.
- Manage third-party logistics, distribution providers, and sterilizers, ensuring performance and contract compliance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, escalation protocols, and review cadences to drive transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO13485) across all supply chain activities and partners.
- Collaborate on IT/OT systems to support global efficiency and process consistency.
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
What makes you successful
- 10+ years in supply chain roles within regulated manufacturing environments; 7+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in forecasting, planning, inventory management (S&OP), and manufacturing scheduling.
- Experience managing 3PLs, logistics providers, and contract performance.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP, DRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformational change and influencing across matrix organizations.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
