Businesslist is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst (Power BI) to translate business needs into actionable dashboards and reporting frameworks. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze large datasets, monitor KPIs, and support operational decisions across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Digital teams across regions, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and continuous BI improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Analytics, BI, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets, KPI reporting, and business analytics.
• Understanding of supply chain processes (logistics, order management, fulfillment, distribution, planning).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Ability to communicate data insights to business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with supply chain stakeholders to understand challenges, requirements, and priorities.
• Translate requirements into dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
• Support KPI monitoring, performance measurement, and operational decision-making.
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

• Improve reporting visibility through standardisation and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with regional Supply Chain teams across multiple regions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, governance, and data integrity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Data Analytical (Power BI | Business Analyst) should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 2-5+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting
• Experience working with large datasets, KPI reporting, and business analytics
• Understanding of supply chain processes such as logistics, order management, fulfillment, distribution, planning, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
• Ability to communicate data insights effectively to business stakeholders
