Manager/Senior Manager, Business Process Analyst – Supply Chain

Position Summary:

The Manager / Senior Manager, Business Process Analyst – Supply Chain is responsible for leading strategic process improvement initiatives across global supply chain functions. This role drives operational excellence by analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end planning, logistics, and fulfillment processes. The candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable, efficient, and digital transformation of supply chain operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and mentor a team of business process analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead the analysis and redesign of supply chain processes to improve agility, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for process documentation and ownership.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional business teams and IT teams to identify and deliver strategic projects in line with business objectives.
  • Coordinate system enhancement projects from requirement gathering to go‑live; ensure business requirements are clearly understood by the technical team, develop meaningful test scenarios, execute UAT, communicate final functionality to end‑users, and conduct training where needed.
  • Develop “as‑is” and “to‑be” process maps, gap analyses, and improvement roadmaps.
  • Partner with IT to ensure process changes are supported by system capabilities and digital tools.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of new processes.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for Supply Chain end users on day‑to‑day system/process issues.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, S&OP, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align process initiatives with supply chain goals.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commitment, sense of responsibility/ownership, results orientation, and ability to adapt to changes quickly in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business process mapping, designs, master data preparation, and data visualization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.

8+ years of experience in supply chain process analysis, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
