Supply Chain Assistant Manager / Manager

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant Manager / Manager to support end-to-end supply chain operations in our manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for coordinating material planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the supply of raw materials to meet production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and control stock accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any supply issues
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and ensure complete documentation
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and long-term performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business need
• Prepare reports and maintain records accuracy in the ERP system
• Track on warehouse / supply chain KPIs
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvement
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in related fields preferably with manufacturing background
• Good command in English & Malay
• Proficient in SAP systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, contract management skills and detailed oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
