Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Data Analytics professional to join the Global Supply Chain Analytics team in Kuala Lumpur. You will transform data into insights, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities include ETL, dashboard development with Tableau, and ensuring data governance. A minimum 3 years of analytics experience and strong SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data from structured databases.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and dashboard development.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to uncover insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple global sources using SQL.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated workflows.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau (and other BI tools) to translate business requirements into visual insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
