Supply Chain Admin / Executive (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, review, and manage supplier pricing, delivery schedules, commercial agreements, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and on-site audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to source and appoint appropriate vendors or contractors for facility, machinery, and equipment maintenance; review quotations and provide recommendations to Management.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and servicing activities for office buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment with external service providers.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with both local and overseas suppliers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5-day work week.
  • Work location: Ulu Tiram.
