Supplier Lifecycle Specialist

About the Role

The Supplier Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of supplier onboarding, changes, and lifecycle governance within Brooks’ global supply chain. This role ensures data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency through structured intake workflows, Oracle Cloud integration, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about supplier data integrity and change management and high-performance teaming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Intake & Approval Workflow
    • Manage intake forms for new supplier additions and changes.
    • Coordinate cross-functional approvals and ensure timely execution.
    • Oversee workflow execution for supplier onboarding into Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Supplier Listings Management
    • Maintain and update the Approved Global Supplier Listing.
    • Administer the Do Not Use Supplier Listing, ensuring visibility and compliance.
    • Ensure accurate supplier contact information is recorded and accessible.
  • Data Quality & Compliance
    • Validate supplier data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Brooks’ standards.
    • Monitor and enforce data governance policies across supplier records.
    • Support audits and reporting requirements related to supplier data.
  • Change Management
    • Track and manage supplier changes through Agile and Oracle Cloud systems.
    • Facilitate closed‑loop communication and documentation for all supplier lifecycle events.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation
    • Maintain organized records of supplier onboarding, approvals, and changes.
    • Ensure traceability and accessibility of historical supplier data.
  • Metrics & Process Improvement
    • Develop and monitor KPIs related to supplier onboarding, approval cycle time, and data quality.
    • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline supplier lifecycle processes.
  • Leadership & Teaming
    • Foster a culture of high-performance teaming and collaboration across supplier management functions.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in supplier onboarding and lifecycle processes.
    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills in supplier governance, data quality, and compliance.
    • Drive accountability and ownership within the team to meet performance goals and continuous improvement targets.
  • Workflow Execution for Oracle Cloud Intake
    • Lead efforts to collaborate with sourcing, finance, and compliance teams to ensure supplier data is correctly entered and approved in Oracle Cloud.
    • Validate supplier setup against Brooks’ global standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supplier master data and system integration.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement operations, or master data governance, ideally working in a global manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with change management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and workflow tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading supplier lifecycle initiatives in a global organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile PLM or similar change management platforms.
  • Knowledge of supplier compliance standards (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH).
  • Strong team-building and coaching capabilities.
