You will lead the development and execution of insight monetization strategies within the Company, ensuring alignment in pricing and proposition across the group. You will coordinate closely with the respective Business Unit team to provide insight services to the Company, manufacturer partners, our BU commercial teams, legal, and finance, to transform data insights into revenue generating opportunities. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to enhance monetization strategies.
Develop and implement a comprehensive insight monetization strategy that drives revenue growth.
Identify new monetization opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure alignment of insight monetization pricing, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies across all business units.
Serve as the central point of contact amongst the banner commercial teams, legal, and finance.
Establish project governance, track monetization initiatives against clear milestones, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure alignment between insight-driven monetization initiatives and broader business objectives.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to share best practices in insight monetization.
Develop and maintain a repository of case studies, performance benchmarks, and successful monetization approaches.
Organize training and workshops to enhance understanding and adoption of insight-driven revenue models.
Prepare robust business cases, pricing models, and proposals to support insight-based initiatives.
Present regular performance reports and strategic updates to executive leadership.
A bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline
Significant experience (e.g. 4+ years) in data analytics, insight monetization, or a similar commercial role.
Demonstrable commercial acumen and a track record in developing revenue-generating strategies from data insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
Experience within retail or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
Prior experience in retail customer insight monetization will be an advantage.
