A global technology company is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to manage a test engineering team and oversee factory witness testing. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product development, strong project management skills, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lead Test Engineer (Test Lab Supervisor) will lead a small test engineering team in a dedicated lab space. This team will conduct factory witness tests of production units and host customer visits for that test. The team will also work with product development teams to conduct design verification tests for new product designs.
