Job Description

Seeking for Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for offset printing machinery at client sites locally and across ASEAN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites in Malaysia and ASEAN (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam) for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to client machine operators.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and ensure machines run efficiently.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

• Supervisor - Mechanical / Electrical

  • Education: Min SPM or Diploma in Engineering
  • Experience: Min 2 years as an offset printing machine operator or similar role
  • Other skills:
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in developing into a Service Engineer
    • Required longer training period (up to 2 years) to obtain the skills required to qualify as an Offset Printer Service Engineer
    • Able to travel around Asia countries and locally
