GMG SEA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a store leader to drive sales performance across its retail network in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead the team, plan promotions, and ensure high-standard merchandising to maximize revenue and shopper experience.

The role requires 3–4 years in retail sports and at least 3 years in store management, with willingness to work retail hours and public holidays. Competitive base pay with commission and staff discounts are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive sales performance by maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Increase sales per square foot.
• Grow average basket value and total transactions.
• Ensure efficient planning and execution of sales promotions.
• Deliver timely seasonal changes with high-standard merchandise displays for better shopping experience and sales.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement using performance insights and floor observations.
• Use stock management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and efficient stock movement including warehouse-to-store transfers, fitting room turnaround, and receiving processes.
• Implement best practices in line with the commercial management toolkit.
• Lead, motivate, and engage the team to achieve daily sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive sales performance by maximizing commercial opportunities through:

Increasing sales per square foot.

Growing average basket value and total transactions.

Ensuring efficient planning and execution of sales promotions.

Delivering timely seasonal changes in line with guidelines, with high-standard merchandise displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.

Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement through performance insights and floor observations.

Using stock management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure efficient stock movement, including warehouse-to-store transfers, fitting room turnaround, and receiving processes.

Implementing best practices in line with the commercial management toolkit.

Job Requirements

Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Experienced in retail sports for at least 3-4 years is compulsory.

At least 3 years of direct working experience in managing retail stores.

Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays.
