Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee in Johor Bahru is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure service excellence. You will train staff, monitor stock, assist in cost control, and handle opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Previous team leadership experience is a plus; candidates with SPM/O-Level are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.
