Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee is seeking a Supervisor for the SS15 Grand Subang outlet. You will create staff schedules, ensuring efficient cafe operations and timely opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise and train team members to uphold service standards, manage cash handling and inventory, and support strategic planning like food costs control and stock ordering.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a cafe team is preferred.
• Ability to create and manage staff schedules and rosters.
