Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a seasoned leader with a minimum of 10 years in the manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 30 to 60 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are met. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and SAP is essential. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are required to foster an effective working environment and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 3–5 years’ experience in oilfield services, preferably in subsea equipment.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assembly/test activities to meet production commitments.
• Manage shop personnel, including training and performance appraisals.
• Monitor performance, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
