Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Subsea experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and efficiency enhancement techniques.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team to meet and exceed production targets.
• Should be flexible and open to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the assembly and test team for efficient production.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor quality control to ensure products meet specifications.
• Train new employees on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and testing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless production process.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Establish employees' objectives and coordinate/train as required.
