We are seeking a dedicated Subscription Care Manager to lead our team and ensure excellent service delivery across our Subscription business. The role requires ability to multi-task with many activities occurring simultaneously, which requires excellent leadership, time management and prioritization skills.
Key Responsibility
- To plan out the activities in order to ensures the successful of delivery, installation , maintenance and repair of our products, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Responsible for all aspects of operations service delivery to include customer satisfaction, people management, facilities management, vendor management and operations center financials
- To establish good relationships with vendors and any service providers in order to ensure high degree of support
- Develop and review policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance to company requirements / operational needs
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all service personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship and service standards
- Provide regular and accurate management reporting
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by senior management
MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge in after sales service operations
- Ability on planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, build teams, and motivate staff
- Possess excellent knowledge of manpower planning and scheduling in a customer service environment
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
