Job summary

Pusat Latihan Kemahiran Manfred Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Student Recruitment Executive to represent the academy at schools, fairs and events, guiding students toward suitable TVET programmes. You will travel to schools, conduct talks, and manage enquiries through the enrolment process.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset with willingness to travel and drive. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident speaking to students, teachers, and parents.
• Willing to travel frequently to schools and education events.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and target-orientated.
• Experience in education, marketing, student recruitment, or sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit secondary schools and build relationships with school counsellors, principals, and teachers.
• Organise and conduct school talks, career talks, and education presentations.
• Represent the academy at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
• Advise prospective students and parents on available programmes and career opportunities.
• Follow up with student enquiries and assist throughout the enrolment process.
• Develop new partnerships with schools and education-related organisations.
• Achieve student recruitment targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate recruitment records.
