Student Recruitment & Conversion Specialist

Manage and convert prospective leads from all digital and offline channels into qualified applicants and confirmed enrolments.

Ensure timely, personalized, and high-quality follow-ups through consistent communication and relationship nurturing to maximize conversion at every stage of the recruitment funnel.

Track and update all interactions accurately in CRM and ensure all leads are tagged, followed up and closed properly.

Meet or exceed annual enrolment KPIs set by the Head of Department.

Develop tactical action plans focused on driving micro-conversions and enhancing overall sales funnel efficiency.

Customer Engagement & Counselling

• Provide compelling and insightful programme guidance to prospective students and parents, effectively showcasing RUMC’s brand values and academic excellence to inspire enrolment decisions.
• Engage prospects with a consultative and solution-driven approach by addressing objections, highlighting admission pathways, scholarships, and application steps.
• Delivering an exceptional in-person and virtual experience that builds trust, enhances brand reputation, and drives enrolment conversion.

Events & Outreach for Conversion

• Support and execute recruitment conversion activities
• Represent RUMC professionally at all outreach and conversion events to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns and follow-up strategies.

Reporting & Funnel Insights

• Submit weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to the Head of Department.
• Identify bottlenecks or data gaps in CRM tagging, and propose solutions to improve lead quality and tracking accuracy.
• Provide insight into lead behavior trends to refine recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing and Admissions to ensure a seamless handover from lead generation to enrolment.
• Share feedback and success stories that can inform marketing messages and future recruitment campaigns.

Other Duties

Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Management that support the overall student recruitment objectives of RUMC.
