Job Description
Our company’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of global processes. Within GBS, the Source to Settle (STS) organization is responsible for ensuring employee purchase orders and supplier invoices and payments are processed timely and efficiently. The STS process includes Vendor Master Data setup, Supplier Onboarding, Purchasing, Invoicing, Settlements, and the STS Service and Relationship Delivery.
Specialist, STS Service and Relationship Delivery (SRD) Operational Governance will actively work with SRD Operational Governance Associate Director and Senior Specialists and ensure effective Stakeholder Management through different channels: STS Operations Calls, Trainings, Market Deep Dives.
Position will be part of a team of STS SRD Specialists located in one or more of our company's Business Services Centers (BSC) based in Czech Republic, Costa Rica, and Malaysia. They will deliver and execute STS SRD Operational Governance Processes Globally.
The work will involve supporting the markets and proposing innovative solutions for their issues, while adhering to compliance requirements and global process design. The incumbent is expected to help identify, contribute to, and support process improvement initiatives.
The work will also require applying business process analysis and efficiency in managing stakeholders. The incumbent is expected to establish and maintain strong, positive business relationships cross-divisionally, across all the Markets. Be an effective analytical person and able to communicate at all levels.
