Job summary

Jacobs is recruiting for a senior structural drafter/designer to develop BIM models and detailed drawings for high-profile data centre facilities across Asia.

You will coordinate with multiple engineering teams, support design through construction, and contribute to BIM clash detection and coordination efforts in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in structural drafting/design.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
• Experience in Data Centres, Industrial, High-Tech, Semiconductor, or Mission-Critical Facilities.
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural BIM models and construction drawings using Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed drawings for reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, and equipment support structures.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, architectural, MEP, and BIM teams.
• Support the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects from design through construction.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
