Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing or production; fresh graduates with portfolios encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese for subtitles and communication.
• Passion for fashion, streetwear, sneaker culture, and lifestyle content.
• Confident in operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Organised and proactive to handle fast-moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan content strategy and social media calendar aligned with fashion trends.
• Collaborate with creators on story ideas and campaign angles.
• Handle pre-production logistics including scheduling and location scouting.
• Lead filming sessions capturing high-quality visuals.
• Edit content including colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Maintain media file organization and version control.
• Produce brand/sponsored content ensuring client expectations are met.
• Track industry trends and algorithm changes to improve performance.
