Job summary

BTS Malaysia is seeking an intern for 2027, a 3- to 6-month program designed for final-year students aiming to join BTS as full-time hires. You'll work with leaders from global corporations, learning how strategies are turned into results by designing customized experiences.

In this role you will support project design, workshop delivery, and client engagement, gaining hands-on exposure to consulting methodologies while contributing to client workshops and learning journeys.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top university with strong presentation and delivery skills.
• Fluency in English required; another Asian language is a plus.
• Interest in finance, leadership and innovation.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in case studies or consulting clubs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and organizing information from key client stakeholders.
• Help consultants deliver workshops virtually, locally, and regionally.
• Support client engagement by identifying evolving business needs.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to contribute to high-impact projects.
