Qualifications

• 0-3 years work experience in top tier firms or equivalent
• Outstanding academic performance and strong extracurricular activity
• Strong research/analysis experience and abilities, including excellent Excel skills
• Able to work creatively and analytically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging consulting cases with diverse teams and backgrounds
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand and solve complex business problems
• Engage in mentorship and learning programs and progress along a defined expert track
• Travel internationally as client needs require
• Support clients in transforming organizations and achieving measurable impact
