Position Summary

The Strategic Network Planning Lead is responsible for shaping long-term supply network strategies and driving optimization across categories and factories. This role consolidates category requirements, leads scenario planning and ensures alignment with Zone, SBU and Market teams. It is a high-impact position focused on enhancing efficiency, agility and strategic coherence within the supply network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage long-term supply and capacity plans across categories and factories.
  • Conduct scenario and network optimization planning to ensure efficient production and distribution alignment.
  • Lead factory planning and capability mapping, integrating business growth and innovation pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Category Managers, PSCs, SBUs, and Zone teams for strategic supply alignment.
  • Manage market requirements consolidation and master data sign-offs.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations on manufacturing network optimization and long-term investments.
  • Support continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and advanced planning analytics.
  • Act as a category expert—developing deep understanding of coffee manufacturing and supply dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Economics.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in supply planning, factory/network optimization and stakeholder management, preferably in FMCG.
