Responsibilities

• Serve as the key touchpoint for end-to-end Operations.
• Lead Sales & Inventory Planning in collaboration with Brand teams.
• Evaluate and manage performance of key vendors.
• Conduct regular check-ins with cross-functional teams.
• Design reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Manage operations-related initiatives end-to-end.
• Identify root causes of operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through process mapping.
