A leading multinational precision metal stamping company is seeking an experienced professional to lead daily operations at their manufacturing plant in Malacca. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of technical sales or project management experience, strong communication skills, and a degree in engineering. Responsibilities include customer account management, project execution, technical support, and constant improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or project management, preferably in metal stamping, precision parts, or manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with customer projects, tooling, or new product introduction (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new product introduction (NPI) and customer projects from start to finish.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding product design, manufacturing feasibility, and cost optimization.
• Prepare product cost analysis including materials, tooling, machining, and labor costs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, project status reports, and market analysis for management review.

Skills

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Good project coordination and time management skills

Analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset

Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering

Additional training in Sales / Project Management / Business Development
